Description

The Rural Municipality of Fox Valley No. 171 is accepting applications for a Permanent Seasonal Grader/Equipment Operator/Gravel Truck Driver.  The position may begin April 1, 2020.  The preferred candidate should possess:
- A valid Class 1 driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently or within a team
- Experience operating a grader in a municipal environment would be an asset
- Experience driving gravel truck would be an asset
- Mechanical skills would also be an asset
- Knowledge of and ability to operate  other light, medium and heavy equipment
- Knowledge of road maintenance and construction
- Power Mobile Equipment Safety certified on municipal equipment would be an asset
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects over the construction season
- In accordance with Municipal Policy, the successful candidate may be required to provide a Drivers Abstract and submit to a Criminal Record Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
