In order to achieve even greater success for our customers, we need to expand our Paradigm team.

We have an opportunity for .NET developers with a minimum 3 years experience to work on a variety of projects including:
custom software development
package selection, customization, integration, and implementation
enterprise application integration

These positions require experience in software coding at all stages of the systems development lifecycle, including application development, acceptance testing, application implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support.

We are looking for candidates with experience deploying larger n-tier business-critical enterprise-class applications, primarily web-based but also with client-based UIs and significant back-end batch processing.

We are looking for expertise in the following development environments and tools:
Microsoft .NET Platform (4.0 or higher)
Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
C#
MVP and MVC (Razor) architectures
CSLA Framework
JavaScript (utilizing JSON and AJAX)
Silverlight, Telerik UI, Resharper
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or later
SSRS, SSIS, Crystal Reports
Sharepoint, Sharepoint Online
Microsoft Dynamics CRM

The following are also considered strong assets:
Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), with implementations using Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, XML, and XML Schemas) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Experience with Agile development techniques and supporting tools such as Jira Agile
Formal educational Certificate, Diploma or Degree obtained from post-secondary schooling (major Comp. Sc.)
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to communicate clearly with non-technical staff
