J&H Builder's Warehouse is a Saskatoon based; family owned and operated business that has been selling quality, affordable building materials and Installation and Renovation services for over 50 years.
We are searching for a self-motivated individual to join our Renovation/Installed Sales division. This is a sales position that requires excellent problem solving and customer relation skills. You will be required to be both in store and on site.
Day-to-day duties
- Address phone inquires, e-mail leads, walk-in clients, and website inquiries for quotes
- Coordinate and set up meetings with clients (On site, and in office meetings)
- Follow up with leads and update the CRM accordingly on a regular basis
- Address and resolve any questions, or hesitations that the client has regarding the renovation process
- Communicate with vendors, trades, staff, and customers
- Provide vision and direction for completing renovation/install opportunities
- Compile and present finished quotes to clients in a timely manner
- Other assignments as directed
Qualifications
- Highly organized, goal-oriented individual
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of building materials are an asset
- Construction knowledge and experience with Renovations is an asset
- Valid drivers license
- Proven Sales experience
