Viterra is seeking a motivated and driven individual to fulfill the role of Trade Execution Specialist at our Head Office, located in Regina. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of container and bulk shipment grain contracts to international destinations.  

Key Responsibilities:
Manages the execution of grain sales contracts.
Communicate with Buyers and Brokers to ensure contract and customer requirements are met.
Complete necessary documentation for all shipments.
Negotiate financial payment options.
Review and communicate notice requirements to third parties.

Knowledge and Skills:
Strong attention to detail with superior time management skills.
Strong team player who also has a proven ability to work independently.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers in a diverse industry.
Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Qualifications:
Three to five (3-5) years experience in export logistics or finance.
Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Finance, Agriculture or Business Administration.
Advanced computer skills in MS office and experience utilizing relevant computer software programs.
Strong understanding of the Canadian Grain Industry or International Grain Trading will be considered an asset.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
