Viterra is seeking a motivated team player to work as a Trade Execution Coordinator at our Head Office located in Regina, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely administration and processing of commercial grain contracts for vessels, railcars and trucks, as well as assisting the entire Trade Execution team on all execution activities associated with local and overseas shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
Reviews contracts to ensure they are sent out with the appropriate terms and conditions.
Collaborating with various stakeholders within Viterra.
Assists with the completion of all necessary documentation for shipments
Coordinate and manage the processing of sales and purchase.
Identifying potential contract discrepancies to Merchandisers and Trade Execution.
Coordinates with Trade Execution, Merchandisers and Commodity Accountants with managing and reporting inventories as well as processing associated invoices and payments.

Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong team player with proven ability to assist in high-pressure situations.
Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in export logistics, finance and documentation in a financial institution or grain/agricultural company would be considered an asset.
Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Finance, Agriculture or Business Administration.
Efficient in MS office and experience utilizing relevant computer software programs.
Basic understanding of the Canadian Grain Industry is considered an asset.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
