JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst is accountable to provide strategic, technical and analytical support to a department. As a member of SaskPowers management team, this position is responsible to assist with and provide services to management regarding the administration, maintenance and management of strategic and operational functions that align with departmental and corporate goals and objectives. The Senior Analyst will provide leadership in the Service Management area and have responsibilities for the following Service Design and Service Operation processes:
Service Level Management
Negotiation, documentation and maintenance of SLAs
Customer satisfaction surveys
Lessons learned
Service Catalogue Management
Creation, publication and maintenance of service catalogue entries
Request Fulfillment
Monitoring / Follow-Up / Escalation
Service Quality
Service Improvement Initiatives arising from:
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Lessons Learned
- Business Value Score Card
Reporting
Design of the business / value -focused reports and metrics that will be used to govern the delivery of T&S services. Also responsible for actively measuring and reporting analysis.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science or other related equivalent AND/OR;
Related professional designation(s) and/or certification(s) AND/OR;
Three (3) years of related research and analysis experience and/or technical application experience
