We are seeking a professional, organized, self motivated individual to manage our Human Resources team. The purpose of this position is to provide timely and quality HR services to managers, supervisors and employees within the organization.  This position serves to plan, organize, direct and evaluate the operations of the human resource department. This position is responsible for overseeing recruitment, retention, labour relations, orientation, performance management, training & development, and organizational wellness,.This includes supervisory responsibility for the Human Resource Generalist(s).  This is a temporary full time position for up to 18 months.
