Consistently delivering world-class member service requires the ability to listen to the needs of our members and proactively seek the solutions that best meet those needs. As our new Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will source and provide consumer mortgage solutions with the ultimate goal of growing our membership and building our business. As a commission-based role, this position begins with six months of salary and transitions to straight commission after six months.

The daily duties

As our new Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will service the Saskatoonregion and work closely with our members in order to build trusting relationships and uncover their ultimate mortgage needs. You will also seek out new mortgage leads by networking with realtors, developers, builders, and previous mortgage customers in the community in order to build lasting relationships. As you develop your skill set and deliver the world-class member experience that we are known for, youll uncover and meet our members needs while mastering our full suite of mortgage products. In addition to working closely with our members and potential members, you will also assist and back-up your team as required. You will provide developmental and technical guidance to fellow employees in order to enhance their knowledge and skills. Along with your team, you will proactively and positively represent Conexus externally in order to support the growth of our membership and depth of member relationships.
