Description

Express Employment Professionals is a Staffing & Recruiting agency.  We are looking for experienced administrative support to fulfill a part-time role. You will support office management as well as the Staffing Consultant with day to day office functionalities.

Duties will include maintaining the proper functions of the front office from greeting customers/clients, answering phones, providing information, answering emails and other general inquiries, prescreening and scheduling interviews, filing, and data entry.  You will also assist with reference checks, and job postings as needed.  If you are professional, outgoing, and love dealing with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 education with at least some post-secondary education
Previous experience working in Staffing & recruiting would be considered a definite asset
Previous Reception & Administration experience
Proficient working with Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
Ability to maintain daily front office functions
Able to handle high call volumes
Professional, outgoing, and self-motivated are very important
