Description

Habitat for Humanity Regina works in communities, bringing partners together to tackle affordable homeownership and build strength, stability and independence for low income families. We are looking for a seasoned, enthusiastic and professional leader for the role of Volunteer Manager.
Duties include
- Recruit, screen, interview, schedule and oversee volunteers on both build site and Restore
- Greeting, setup thorough orientation to volunteers, ensure waivers are completed,
- Manage volunteer & family tracking sheets/hours
- Prepare for coffee breaks, order, pickup and setup for lunches
- Works with each department manager to ensure volunteer management processes are in place and volunteer jobs/duties are identified to ensure a productive/meaningful experience for volunteers and staff.
- Monitor volunteer experience
- Represent habitat at community events
- Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors, volunteer groups, corporate groups and community organizations
Periodic travel is required. Require drivers abstract and criminal record check.
