Rona Regina is looking for a Part Time Plumbing Sales Associate to join our team. Experience in plumbing required.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Our Sales Team Members main priority is to provide exceptional service to develop and maintain strong and lasting relationship with our retail, professional and commercial customers.
Responsibilities include
Service:
Customer service is the number one priority.
With a friendly greeting, show immediate interest in customers and employees by making eye contact and offering a friendly (genuine) greeting.
Acknowledge all customers around your area, even beyond the Plumbing sales customers.
Ask your customer questions to determine their needs.
Be knowledgeable of all products and services we offer to be able to articulate that to our customers and provide quotes when necessary
Sales:
A sales culture is important to RONAs continued growth and success. All team members are encouraged to build a strong rapport and understand the project(s) the customer is working on:
Build strong professional relationships with retail, professional, and commercial customers.
Increase sales and margin with add-on sales for promotional and regular stock items located near the cash registers.
Understand your part in achieving those targets through use of the service standards greet customers effectively, propose complimentary items, awareness of product location and promotional items and the commitment to find a solution for every customer.
Qualifications include:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a positive attitude, and be a team-player
Related experience and knowledge an asset
Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated
Career oriented, detail oriented, and strong organizational skills.
