Kelly Regina is currently looking for Outbound Customer Service Representatives to help their busy downtown client. This will be a 2-month contract, starting on February 4th, 2020.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Making outbound calls to previous clients to inquire about renewing their care plan
- Processing credit card payments over the phone
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Ag industry is considered an asset
