We are seeking an experienced Base Crew Supervisor. The main functions of the Base Crew Supervisor are to supervise laborers and operators through delegation and instruction to prepare the base for asphalt application at worksites. The Supervisor will coordinate with the Operations Manager and the Quality Control Department to ensure quality work is being performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Experience operating equipment is preferred. If you are dependable, like a new challenge every day and working outdoors, we may have a place for you.

Our positions are full-time, 5-6 days per week and seasonal.
