Facilitates detoxification from crystal meth, alcohol and other substances. Assists clients through the first stages of recovery from chemical addictions. The registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse will use clinical judgment in combination with evidence-based practice to safely manage the clients physical and psychiatric needs during the detoxification phase.
