Description

One year maternity leave vacancy. Under the supervision of the Health PM/Director, the Community Health Nurse will provide community based and culturally relevant programming and services. The nurse will support initiatives and strategies that aim to improve health outcomes associated with infectious disease, child and family health. The focus of care is on health promotion, disease and injury prevention, health protection, health surveillance, population health, assessment, and emergency preparedness and response. The nurse will provide optimal client services by working with team members in the planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of services.
