Your Focus:

- Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department
- Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved
- Manage, mentor and guide a team of dedicated Technicians and support staff
- Identify opportunities for growth and work towards growing the customer base
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments in the dealership

- Previous managerial experience
