Title: Store Supervisor (NOC: 6211)
Employer: Tisdale Swadesh Convenience Store Inc.
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week)
Wage: $20 per hour
Location: 913 93rd Ave, Tisdale SK S0E 1T0
Roles & responsibilities:
Conducts store opening/closing/shift change procedures
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Supervises, recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and communicates with all associates
Prepare and submit reports regarding volumes, merchandising and personnel matters;
Address customer's complaints or concerns;
Prepares and maintains merchandise displays
Assesses staff performance
Adheres to attendance and punctuality standards
Follows all Company policies and procedures
Perform other tasks as required by management to meet business needs.
Responsible for the overall successful operation of the store while maintaining company standards including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, and customer service
Providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Completion of at least secondary school;
At least 1 year of experience required in retail environment;
Attention to detail and work well with others;
Maintain high standard of customer service;
Basic Computer skills
Able to work under minimal supervision;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Ability to Supervise
- 3 - 4 people
