The main responsibilities include leading services related to emergency response, mitigation and cleanup of properties damaged by fire, water and mold. The lead technician will be required to deliver operations and other functions related to demolition services. As we offer 24-hour emergency services, being flexible and thriving in a demanding work environment is a requirement. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, customer service, follow established processes and procedures, and be safety conscious. Employees participate in an on-call schedule for after hours and weekend work.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED:
- Satisfactory criminal record.
- Valid Canadian drivers licence with satisfactory driving abstract.
- Must also be available for evening and weekend on call in addition to regular full-time hours.
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol pre-employment test in accordance with our Drug and Alcohol policy.
