Looking for full time caregiver to care for 3 children, ages 3 years, 5 years and 13 years.  Caregiver is to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the parents.  Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.  Bathe, dress and feed children.  Oversee children's activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer. Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts reading, etc. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.  Prepare age appropriate meals and snacks.  Assist with homework.  Tend to emotional well being of the children.  Take to and from appointments, activities, park, etc.

Light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation.

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Wage is $13.02/hr, 40 hours/week
Permanent / Full Time
Overtime rate at 1.5 times the regular pay for hours worked over 40 hours/week.  Some flexibility is required with start and end times.

Completion of secondary school may be required and would be considered an asset.

Completion of a training program in childcare of a related field may be required and would be considered an asset.

Childcare or household management experience may be required and would be considered an asset.
