Job Description: General administrative duties for the Transition Lead, Manager of Clinical Services and nursing staff.
Completion of patient admission and discharge documentation.
Maintaining daily nursing schedules and utilizing the Electronic Scheduling Program (ESP).
Accurate entry of data for resident charges
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with employee information
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently
Ability to develop, coordinate, and prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Ability to work as a team member
Knowledge of collective agreements.
