Your municipally owned recycling and waste collection district is now looking for a permanent, full-time Marketing/Communications Representative.  This individual will be responsible for communications to member municipalities, residents, and managing social media and education.  

Duties include:
- effectively managing the existing customer base and identifying customer needs for both existing customers and new prospects
- ensuring new business growth and retention goals are met
- educating the public in schools and at trade shows
- ability to develop a clear strategy to sell services
- manage social media account and inquiries
- make sure website information is always current and up-to-date

- ability to effectively present information
- exceptional written and oral communication skills
- experience & education in marketing
- effective task planning and organizing
- work well under pressure
- work well with others and independently
- able to meet critical deadlines
- willing to constantly learn with significant use of memory
- willing to travel often
- customer service oriented
- hold a valid driver's license with a clean abstract
- work well with little supervision
