Description

Working under the supervision of the Housing Coordinator, the Community Outreach Worker will provide intensive stabilization services to support clients in securing and maintaining housing.  This will include providing assistance in securing housing and household furnishings, doing home visits, providing basic life skills support, and making referrals to appropriate resources.  The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience working with high risk populations with complex needs.  A valid Drivers Licence is required.
