PAMI is an applied Engineering organization that works in technology and applications development.

We are currently seeking up to two Project Leaders for full time, permanent positions.located in either our Humboldt or Saskatoon Locations.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Monitor and manage a project to best practices (Project Management Principles)
Give clear direction to team members to enable them to carry out their duties effectively
Create and implement a project plan and execute it to completion
Maintain direct and open interaction with leadership to ensure all resources needed for the project are available and also consider the negotiation of amendments to projects
Design, construct prototypes, set-up, calibrate and operate test equipment, including feasibility studies
Setup and operate equipment being tested
Perform basic computer aided design and analysis
Collect, analyze, document and store test data
Assist with proposal and report writing
Innovative problems solving and decision making
Communicate effectively with the team and to external clients

Education and Experience:
University undergraduate degree in Engineering  Mechanical, Agricultural/Biological, BioSystems or equivalent
Masters Degree is considered an asset
5 plus years of experience

Skills and Knowledge:
Project Management experience is considered a must
Knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, mechanical and hydraulic concepts
Experience with agricultural machinery and practices
Experience with of testing procedures, engineering design practices, simulation and analysis
Experience with value added processing for agricultural products is considered an asset
Technical report writing and presentation skills
Travel may be required domestically and internationally
