With an emphasis on establishing and maintaining positive relationships with external and internal partners, this role will be responsible for administering the residential portfolio and underwriting processes within Concentra. We are looking for a results oriented individual to join our team in our Regina or Saskatoon location.  

Supporting the Residential Markets team, the successful candidate will provide timely and proactive support including:

Administering the credit underwriting process of the residential mortgage portfolio within established limits, while ensuring adherence to established mortgage underwriting policies and guidelines
Reviewing required documentation for accuracy and maintaining accurate documentation on mortgage applications
On-going assessment of the portfolio, including the timely review of credit risk while ensuring high risk/watch list accounts are monitored effectively
Ensure prudent credit decisions on complex mortgage files are completed within a timely manner
