We are looking for an organized Assistant Manager to support the manager in the daily operations of our retail store. Your role is to supervise employees, work with customers and help carry out the directives of the manager and owner.

* You will ensure that store personnel provides exceptional customer service. This includes answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases, and returns as well as handling any disputes.

* You will help ensure that the store is clean, well organized, and properly merchandised.

* You will be responsible for making sure that all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed.

* You will coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff.

To be successful at this position you need to be passionate about not just making a sale, but forming a relationship with customers.  You need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles.

Assistant Manager's Responsibilities:
    Supervise staff.
    Train staff to perform allocated roles.
    Manage inventory.
    Assist customers with any queries or requests.

Requirements:
    A passion for photography or videography.
    Prior experience in a managerial position.
    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous.
    Highly organized.
