Job Description: The Care Manager of MSJ Home is not only an excellent clinical practitioner who is registered with their provincial licensing body or association, but s/he has an even stronger passion for geriatric care. With a minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in long term care, the successful candidate will focus on the management, implementation, delivery and evaluation of best practice, safety management, and quality of care initiatives. As a Certified Eden Associate, s/he embraces the commitment to live and lead by the Eden Philosophy, and contributes to the leadership of all Care teams to live the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of MSJ Home. S/he has a minimum of five years of clinical experience within a special care home setting, in addition to education from an accredited university of at least a Masters level. S/he is an advocate by nature, for those who we have the privilege to serve, the residents of MSJ Home, and is driven to create an innovative and compassionate long term care home environment. S/he excels at relationship and team building, and harnesses creativity as the inspiration to lead MSJ Home into the future of long term care. S/he must have experience in human resources and labour relations administration with a strong understanding of current collective agreements.
Required Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Nursing and registration in good standing with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association.
