Who you are:
You are a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether its responding to an emergency request, working through light maintenance projects or conducting regular inspections.
What you bring:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in building/property maintenance
Basic working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment
Ability to identify required maintenance and co-ordinate with contractors; obtaining quotes and managing to property budgets
Solid tenant relations  responding to tenant calls for service
Pride in service delivery to the properties, tenants, and Property Management team
A valid drivers license
Bonus skills and experience:
5th class Power Engineering Certification
Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems
Flexibility in work schedule.
