The Fort Qu'Appelle Housing Authority is currently recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant. If you are ambitious, provide superior customer service, are skilled in administration, and have a passion for helping others, this could be the job for you!
What you'll do:
-Provide general information regarding Housing Authority programs and services
-Assist clients with the application process, verifying and preparing housing applications
-Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, collect and deposit rents
-Handle tenant-related issues and concerns
-Assist with financial administration including accounts payable and receivable
-Provide general administrative support to the office
What were looking for:
-Customer service skills
-Organization and multi-tasking skills
-Oral and written communication skills
Competent in using computers and technology, including MicroSoft Office and JD Edwards
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
What you'll need:
-Grade 12 with post secondary in office administration
-Proven MS Office and JD Edwards skills
-Respect for the diversity of others
-Valid Class 5 Drivers License
-Experience in a property management environment is an asset
This is a PART TIME position to work an estimated 50% of full time; schedule to be determined.
