As part of the leadership team for the division, the Senior Director, Saskatchewan Property Claims is responsible for leading, directing and monitoring the claims function for SGI CANADA's Saskatchewan Regional Operations. You'll be responsible for delivering a claims-handling approach in the region that enhances and contributes to customer experience, growth and efficient operations. You will engage and motivate the regional claims team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

We're looking for someone to manage and monitor claims activities ensuring that processes and procedures align with customer expectations that are cost effective and meet best practices in the industry.  As part of the senior regional leadership team you will also be accountable for modeling corporate values for the whole Saskatchewan operation while working closely with our Corporate Claims team.  

Requirements

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity - after all, we're counting on you.  We are looking for candidates who have a four year- degree in a Business field of study as well as a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Candidates should have at least eight (8) years of leadership experience with four (4) years of experience in property and farm claims adjusting. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
