Position Details:
This role is the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding sales opportunities within our Business Development Centre. This includes prospecting customers for sales opportunities, responding to customer questions, building customer rapport and booking appointments for sales.
Responsibilities:
Providing Regional support for Business Development Centre Sales and customer interaction.
Completing customer related calls including Missed & Unsold Appointments, Next Day follow up, Service Drive follow up and Sales Campaign Calls.
Ensure all calls/emails are answered promptly and professionally while following the Development Centre scripts and guidelines. Ensure all customer related calls meet our quality control standards for customer service.
Update and enter customer information and activities in the Customer Management System (One-Eighty).
Complete daily activity reports and analyze statistics on outgoing calls, e-mail and confirmed appointments.
Promote team work in all dealership within the Region.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an energetic individual who demonstrates exceptional customer service, builds strong customer relationships.
Proficient with both verbal and written communication.
Exceptional customer focus and attention to detail.
Experience with Customer Management Systems and a working knowledge of standard computer programs including Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
Preference will be given to those candidates with Social Media skills and experience within the automotive industry.
Previous experience in an automotive Dealership BDC or Telemarketing is an asset.
