Looking for people with pesticide application experience. Preference given to those with valid Saskatchewan pesticide training, industrial preferred. Willing to train the right person depending on experience.
-Must participate and comply with company safety policy's. You will be required to complete daily paper working including safety meeting, equipment inspections, hazard id's, and other relative safety documents (training provided)
-Must have valid class 5 licence. Safely operate company trucks, pull trailers and RTV's on pavement and gravel roads.
-Preference given to those with experience mixing and handling herbicide and completing herbicide application records
-Supervise and mentor other workers. At all times protect the safety of yourself and other workers, the public and the environment.
-Must be willing to travel and work 10-14hr day, weather dependent.
-Job involves a lot of walking, sometimes over rough terrain in hot weather. Must be physically and mentally able to complete tasks over a large area.
-Preference to those with experience using GPS for navigation as well as navigation by other means such as R.M maps, range and township signs.
-First Aid training required
-Accommodations and subsistence paid when on road, housing possibly available for local jobs if needed.
-Pay depends on experience.
-Pre-Screen Drug and Alcohol testing may be required
