St. Josephs Hospital, located in Southeast Saskatchewan, is seeking a team-oriented and professional Obstetrician and Gynecologist to be part of our health care team. The position involves labour and deliveries, c-sections, gynecological Surgeries and treatments, consults and specialist emergency call.
Paid site visit available to interested applicants.
This position is open until filled and may be filled prior to the posting close date.
Language of Work: English
The successful candidate must have:
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (r be eligible for)
- Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. (or be eligible for)
- Valid drivers license
- Successful SHA credentialing including but not limited to 3 acceptable references and an acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
- Current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada. Preference will be given to Canadian citizens and Canadian permanent residents.
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Medical Council of Canada Examination (LMCC I and LMCC II)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
