Infinite Accounting & Tax Solutions is currently looking for a part-time Bookkeeper. Applicants should have a minimum of 3years of general bookkeeping experience. This is the ideal position for someone with appropriate experience that is either semi-retired or is seeking part-time hours. Scheduling and hours worked are generally flexible and could potentially evolve into a semi-remote position for the right individual.
This is a part-time position (approx. 20hrs/week) and the remuneration starts at $20/hr - dependant on ability and experience, with a lot of room to grow for the right person.
Duties include (but not limited to):
-Data entry & journal entries
-Posting invoices & sales
-Doing bank deposits & reconciliation of accounts
-Preparing GST & PST returns
-Calculating payroll and source deductions
-Other general administrative tasks (i.e., printing, filing, assembling client packages, & financial statements)
