POSITION DESCRIPTION: The primary role of the Operations Coordinator is to support the supply chain logistics of GWB with timely, accurate and complete information with respect to inventory and related supplies and materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Maintain the warehouse database to ensure the currency of all full good, packaging materials and inventory bill of materials.
Balance prior day production and capture production statistics such as gallons and packages produced, received, shrinkage and excise tax.
Maintain the raw material inventory by tracking receipts, usage and damage.
Generate purchase orders and warehouse transfers to replenish packaging inventory.
Perform inventory counts daily/monthly/year end as required.
Compile various month end inventory reports for Operations and assist with reconciliation and disposition of variances.
Provide input to the production planning process using the GWB Planning tool and current inventory status.
Follow up any discrepancies, adjustments, credits for final reconciliation.
Collect and analyse data to support KPI calculations and performance reports as directed by the Director of Operations.
Assist in vacation relief for the Logistics Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post secondary education in accounting or business field an asset, but not required
Experience with SYSPRO and asset
Computer literate, competent in MS Office (Word processing, Excel, Power Point)
2-3 years experience
