Baydo Development Corporation is a professional land and real estate developer based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We specialize in the design and construction of apartment-style condominiums and Rentals, and commercial Developments. Established in 2011, our ownership and management team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, engineering, and architectural design.

Job Profile:

We are looking for a full time Architectural Designer be part of our in-house design/drafting team. Were transitioning to designing and building taller buildings throughout Canada and as a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be assisting in 3d Modeling and Drafting using Revit.

Primary Responsibilities:
    Supervise junior designers and field questions.
    3D Modeling/drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
    Work with in house engineers to prepare construction drawing packages.
    Drawing management and document control.
    Review and understand design and technical documents
    Shop drawing review and material takeoffs
    Perform site inspections

Qualifications:
    Graduate from Architectural Technology Program
    3+ years of experience


Knowledge of the following:
-    Proficient in Revit
o    Family Creation and Work Sets
-    Experienced in AutoCAD
-    Spatial Planning
-    Material Selection
-    2010 and 2015 National Building Code Part 3 and 9
-    Wood Frame/Residential Construction
-    Non-combustible Construction
-    General Understanding of Saskatoons Zoning Bylaw
