We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist based in Saskatoon, SK to assist our eBike customers and prospective buyers.
To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, be able to handle multiple tasks at a time and have familiarity with help desk software.
As the face of Biktrix, you are responsible for earning the trust of our customers and establishing our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, chat or social media
- Identify customer needs and determine appropriate resolution
- Monitor customer complaints and proactively provide assistance
- Develop invoices and complete financial transactions
- Analyze and report product malfunctions and arrange service or returns of products
- Update internal databases on all customer interactions
- Share feature requests and customer feedback with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Competent typing speed (40 wpm)
- Patience and responsibility when handling tough cases
- Fast learner ready to grasp electric bike technologies
- Familiarity with the industry is considered a plus
- Must be able to ride a bike
