Description

As Registration and Licensing Coordinator with an established Professional Regulatory Association, you will process applications for registration and licensure, maintain the Provincial Register and serve as Staff Lead with
the Education and Intern Programs.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Receive, review, and process applications for registered membership as well as licences.  
- Schedule monthly meetings and prepare reports.
- Maintain the membership database and related systems files, i.e. mailing lists, website directory.  
- Support for the Internship Program:Implement and maintain; prepare reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate and administer the Association Examinations.  
- Manage the Continuing Education Program and maintain the appropriate guides.
- Ensure forms are available for education providers and submit applications to the Education Committee.
- Assist in scheduling committee meetings, preparing agendas and pre-meeting packages. Attend meetings and record minutes. Develop and maintain terms of reference, annual initiatives and support committees in achieving annual initiatives (research, writing).  
- Assist the Executive Director with planning for the annual meeting; attend and take AGM minutes.
