Description

Plains HR Services is looking for a generalist to join our team.  As a government funded agency, we provide HR services, support, policy advice and training to housing authorities in SK in the areas of talent management, organizational development, employee and labour relations, and everything in between!

Working in a matrix structure, we report to multiple stakeholders and strive to balance the best interests of everyone.  You have a broad scope of experience in all areas of HR including organizational design, job evaluation and compensation.   Along with a rounded skillset, you are a natural when it comes to dealing with people.  You enjoy eliminating the noise, ask the right questions and can effectively problem solve.

As a team player, you are comfortable working independently while checking in with your team, sharing and transferring knowledge, working on projects, developing and giving presentations, and you are a whiz with Excel!  Some planned (and unplanned) travel is required.

Your qualifications include an undergraduate degree in business with a major in HR and 3-5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.  A CPHR designation is preferred, additional related HR Certifications are an asset.

If you are looking for a change of pace, work-life balance, a casual work environment, and want to give back to the community, we would like to hear from you.

Our compensation includes an excellent benefit and pension plan, vacation, parking, and 12 extra days off to take at your leisure!

Still interested?  Email your resume by March 31, 2020 in confidence to  lennette.hazelwanter@gov.sk.ca
