Tm Designs Inc. is looking for full time clothing retail manager in our Saskatoon location.  

The potential applicant will be able to provide the administrative support functions to our company.

His or her responsibilities will include but are not limited to directing the sales team ad provide necessary support functions to our company to ensure the sales team can develop new leads for the potential of gaining sales revenue.  

Setting up sales targets ad goals and delegating guidelines to the appropriate teams will be a duty to build, inspire and mentor a productive team.  

Analyzing the performance of each team member and providing support will also be a roll.

Extensive sourcing for pricing ad quality f new ad existing products.

Development of strong business relations with key customers and understandment of competitor activity is vital in this role.

Deal with issues arising during logo production with subcontractors (Screen Printers - Emb. Printers)

Asses quality and production while working with a diverse work group.




organization and managing schedules and calendars for staff, accounting, payroll, receiving and forwarding correspondence to our accountant and taking care of general clerical duties.  Follow up and tracking of new clothing for each particular season, and managing samples in the retail outlet to ensure all the latest & approved items are available.

Assisting with the ordering process which is ongoing as well for our wholesale accounts while working with our sales team for delivery.

Carrying out our customers/suppliers data entry.

We are a wholesaler for schools, teams and businesses.  He/she need to keep track of sale orders spreadsheets that will always be kept up-to-date and providing information for our team and CM as required.
