What youll do:
The Accounts Payable Co-ordinator will be responsible for various office duties within our administration department while mainly focusing on the following:
Process vendor payments and invoices
Maintain membership records
Assist with the preparation of material for board meetings
Reconcile general ledger accounts

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
You have a business administration diploma or relevant experience
You have 1  2 years working in an office environment
Youre familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting software
You posses a very strong attention to detail
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
