The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking results-oriented, dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk.
This position is responsible for maintaining accounts receivable records for the agency, collection of payments, issuing receipts for cash mail, in person payments, credit card and debit payments. Some travel to client work sites throughout the province may be required. You will create, maintain and reconcile various financial reports and work with multiple computer software applications, spreadsheets, databases and integrated financial systems in order to balance financial data.
You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, be attentive to detail and have the ability to provide leadership, guidance, training and advice to staff and clients on Agency processes and policies.
Typically, the knowledge required to complete the requirements of this position are normally acquired through the completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Accounting complemented by relevant job knowledge obtained through experience in related positions. to apply please go to: www.careers.gov.sk.ca FIN-003813
