Our Client is currently seeking two (2) Temporary Administrators for a short-term contract.
Duration: 6 8 weeks
Location: Lloydminster, SK
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Date: April 6th, 2020
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Time Card Entry
Direct communication with Saskatoon office
Flexibility in working either shift: 7:00 am 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm 9:00 pm, Monday Friday
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate the daily operations to the opposite shift
Would be expected to travel to Saskatoon for the first week of training (travel and accommodations would be paid for).
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
2+ years of experience in office administration
Must have Cortex experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential, along with the ability to work with confidential information
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Knowledge of time card entry
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
