Description

Applications are currently being accepted for the position of permanent full-time Office Assistant for the Town of Saltcoats.
Duties and responsibilities will include: -Reception and telephone coverage
-Issuing receipts
-File management and follow-up
-Processing incoming and outgoing mail
-Composing and editing correspondence, newsletters, agendas, brochures and reports
-Booking facilities and meetings
-Provide administrative support for the Saltcoats District Regional Park
-Bank deposits
-Occasionally work outside of normal office hours
-other related duties as assigned
