Are you an outgoing individual who is great with numbers, and even better at building relationships? We're looking for a dedicated Farm & Business Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and prides yourself on helping others to join our team at the Yorkton branch of Cornerstone Credit Union!

As a Farm & Business Advisor you'll be an important part of a team of knowledgeable sales people who share a genuine commitment to partner with our members to achieve their financial goals.

Reporting to the AVP, Farm & Business, you will create exceptional member experiences for both new and existing members by delivering smart financial advice, solutions and alternatives through proactive needs-based sales and services. Through the management of a complex portfolio, you will manage an assigned and diverse Farm & Business portfolio consisting of large market enterprise accounts and Farm & Business accounts of high degree of complexity and value. You will assume a leadership role in the Farm & Business Department; coach, mentor, develop and motivate peers and other department members.

What We Are Looking For . . . . .

To be considered for a Farm & Business Advisor you must have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales and service managing a diverse portfolio in a farm and business banking environment along with professional qualifications by way of degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
