Sherwood Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Parts team. Experience in a similar position would be beneficial. The Parts Person Role: (Full Time)

-Distributing parts to Retail, Wholesale, Back counter, and our Body Shop customers.

-Using computerized systems to navigate through parts catalogues and other in house applications.

-Having knowledge in the Automotive industry in understanding the parts on vehicles and technical support to customers.

-Must be team orientated and able to multitask as an individual in a high paced environment under pressure.

-Assisting with perpetual bin counts and yearly inventory full count.

-Merchandising parts for display areas.

-Assisting in extra duties assigned by the Parts Manager and Assistant Parts Manager.

-General cleanup, being neat and tidy, being  professional.


Background Profile:

-An ideal candidate would possess experience in the Automotive parts person trade.

-Completion of the Parts Management Technician course at Sk Polytech.

-Positive attitude with great communication and customer skills.  

-Ability to meet the physical demands. Lifting up to 50lbs, standing for extended periods of time.

-Weekend working is mandatory on a rotation basis.
