Responsibilities:
-Providing day-to-day administration support to the Supply Chain Management Department
-Responsible for drafting, proof reading and assembling department documents, including contract revisions and formatting
-Responsible for generating department reports as required
-Entering purchase requisitions for the Supply Chain Management Department in SAP
-Maintaining and updating Supply Chain Managements documentation related to Quality standards and department procedures
-Scheduling and administering vendor evaluations with applicable area leads
-Ensuring document management and writing styles are compliant with Oranos standards
-Adhering to company and departmental policies, procedures and strategic direction
-Supporting department with applicable company software tools and documentation processes
-Assisting site contracts administrators with daily duties as required
-Ordering and replenishing office supplies for department
-Organizing corporate travel for Supply Chain Department
-Complies with all Orano health, safety and environmental policies, practices and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum three years of relevant administrative experience and experience with assisting supply chain or accounting is an asset
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Software. SAP and SharePoint experience is an asset
-Proactive approach to work topics and identifying opportunities to assist team members
-Is recognized for a high level of customer service
-Analytical with a great attention to detail
-Is able to multitask and enjoys work in a fast paced environment
-Maintains professionalism when faced with unplanned activities within the work day
-Is a strong team player with the ability to work within both a team atmosphere as well as independently
-Strong organization, communication and writing skills
