1.Executive Assistance and Support
-Support the CEO in day-to-day operations as required.
-Carry out research for the CEO as requested.
-Assist CEO with filing and general administrative organization.
-Help organize various government contracts, reporting and budgets.
2.Human Resources Assistance and Support
-Support and assist the Human Resources Manager in day-to day operations as required.
-Clerical duties related to insurance renewals, ordering name tags and business cards, writing letters, scheduling meetings, etc.
3.Finance Assistance and support
-Support and assist the Finance Manager and finance team as required.
-Assisting staff and management in submitting required documents and expense forms in a timely fashion.
-Mailing cheques, filling out charitable receipts, etc.
-Work with the Homeward Bound Administrative Support Worker, ensuring efficiency between the Finance Department and Homeward Bound.
4.Overall Administration Team Support
-Support and assist the administration teams.
-Take management and staff meeting minutes as required.
-Conduct oneself in a professional, business-like manner which includes appropriate telephone etiquette, courteous electronic and in person communication and professional attire.
-Identify opportunities and solutions to improve the efficiency of the administration team. Use initiative to proactively understand and address administrative needs of the administrative team.
5.All other duties as requested,
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent experience.
-Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
-Exceptional technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and relevant administrative software.
-A basic understanding of accounting, finance and budgets.
-Reliable vehicle, drivers license and good driving abstract.
-Must pass YWCA security clearance
