Description

Coordination of Talent Management Responsibilities:

Prepare bi-weekly payroll for approval and submissions
Review new hire documents for completion and follow up as necessary
Provide instructions for pay changes/amendments/interruptions/deductions
Collect, acquire approvals and submit overtime forms
Vacation database approvals and maintenance (initiate new employee access and approvals: make changes as required
Tracking all absences in HRIS, monitoring PEL usage and notifying employees of outstanding time to be taken
Processes department and individual expenses, account payables and requisition cheques accordingly
Participates in Talent related projects as needed


Coordination of Marketing Responsibilities:

Assembly and Coordination of information for marketing packages and presentation/pitch materials
Assist with business development projects (Internet research etc.)
Process check requisitions for offices Marketing expenditures and update Excel spreadsheet to track paid invoices
Order handling and distribution of the Firms inventory of promotional items for all of the Firms offices Department administration, including maintaining the annual departmental marketing calendar, electronic filing, meeting scheduling and coordination
Management of Firms website content and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Practice Group blogs)
Planning of special events in the organization for group-related client seminars and sponsorships; and coordination of event planning logistics around special events (tables, trade show exhibitions and sponsorships)
