Reporting Responsibility:
The Assistant General Manager directly reports to and is accountable to the Fishing Lake Store General Manager and is responsible to assist in the financial and operational performance of the business. The Assistant General Manager must also assist in the General Manager in the preparation of reports to the FLFN Ventures Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.

Minimum qualifications:
    Education in business administration or commerce is a definite asset;
    At least five (5) years work experience and training in business, supervision and management;
    A combination of education and experience in the field may also be considered;
    Knowledgeable about business management and governance principles;
    Ability to plan, lead and train employees;
    Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures;
    Skilled in managing own time and time of others;
    Skilled at critical thinking, problem solving and decision making;
    Skilled at written and verbal communication; and
    Skilled at directing people and delegating tasks.
