The Muskoday Community Health Centre is seeking the employment of a Home Health Aid.  This is a Casual position.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and 1:00  4:30 p.m.

The duties of the Certified Home Health Aide and Chronic Disease Support Worker include but are not limited to:
    Providing health care services for clients/residents/families in their home environments;
    Assisting clients with activities of daily living, personal care, homemaking services and health care;
    Working with the elderly, ill, physically challenged, and palliative community members;
    Required to plan and prepare nutritious healthy meals and special diets;
    Documenting client care, prepare and submit log books to the Home Care Nurse;
    Provide assistance to the Home Care Nurse as required.
    Work closely with the chronic disease manager coordinator to provide care and programs for clients living with chronic conditions.
    Complete duties delegated by the home care nurse. I.e., simple dressing changes, blood pressure, blood sugar checks, etc
